The Symptoms:

1. The person may fall ill, experience a darkening of the face, headaches, chest heaviness, body pain, or a sensation of heat within the body.
2.  Progress in one's career or business may stop abruptly. Obstacles appear in every task, leading to daily losses.
3.  Signs include irritability, a sudden aversion to marriage, and a preference for being alone.

Practice for Removing the Effects:

1. Perform the five daily prayers.
2. Recite Surah An-Nisa every morning after the Fajr prayer.
3. Perform a full bath (Ghusl) daily.
4. Recite Surah Bani Israel after the Isha prayer.
5. Spend 10 minutes in contemplation of the Name of Allah.
