Assalamu allaiqum
Many people want to find out from spiritual healers or "babas" who is performing black magic on them. Sometimes, these healers actually give out names. The victim often believes them without any proof and takes extreme steps, like attacking or even killing the accused person. Frequently, these healers point fingers at women within the same family, leading to lifelong feuds and hatred over nothing. It is best to stay far away from such claims.
From an Islamic perspective, asking a healer "who did this to me?" is completely wrong. Doing so leads you to accuse someone without evidence, which is slander (tohmat). This destroys their reputation and their life.
The Hadith says:
Hazrat Mua’adh (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said:
Whoever protects a Muslim's honor from a hypocrite, Allah will appoint an angel on the Day of Judgment to protect their body from the fire of Hell.
But whoever accuses a Muslim of something false just to disgrace them, Allah will stop them on the bridge of Hell (Pul-Sirat) until they are punished for the sin of what they said.

Similarly, in Surah Al-Hujurat, Allah says:
"O believers! If a dishonest person brings you any news, investigate it carefully. Otherwise, you might harm a group of people out of ignorance and then regret what you have done."
Think about this verse: Allah is telling Muslims not to believe everything they hear without proper investigation. If you act blindly, you could cause great harm to someone else.
In Islam, everything requires evidence and witnesses. Even if we imagine for a second that a healer (Aamil) is telling the truth, where is the proof? Where are the witnesses? You cannot hurt or accuse someone without solid evidence. If a healer names someone, he can never provide physical proof that "this specific person" did the magic. Therefore, you must avoid these things to save yourself from sin and further trouble.
