1. When there is a burning sensation or water comes out of the eyes, perform ablution and look at the name of Allah carefully.
2. Recite "Ya Allah" 300 times after every prayer.
3. Recite Surah Noor after the Fajr prayer.
4. Recite the first 5 verses of Surah Saffat 10 times each after the Asr prayer.
5. While sleeping at night, make a protective circle for yourself using the 4 Quls and Ayat al-Kursi before sleeping.
